About The Position
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Watertown, Wisconsin. The role involves evaluating patients’ physical and cognitive abilities, creating and carrying out personalized treatment plans to improve daily functioning and independence, and documenting patient progress and outcomes clearly and concisely.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Wisconsin.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ daily functioning and independence.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
