About The Position

MGA Homecare is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home healthcare therapy to children from birth to age 21 with physical, developmental, and sensory needs. The therapist evaluates each child, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers personalized therapy, and teaches families strategies to support progress at home. The role includes timely and accurate documentation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) may be needed. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapy License.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
