About The Position
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a full-time, day-shift Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in the Jefferson City and Columbia, Missouri areas. The role offers one-on-one patient care in patients’ homes, helping them regain independence and make progress in daily living. The pay range is $85,000–$95,000, and the position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The Occupational Therapist provides care according to physician plans, evaluates patient needs, develops individualized treatment plans, and collaborates with the care team. The role also involves educating patients and families, maintaining accurate documentation, and following safety and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri.
- Strong clinical judgment and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in the home based on the physician plan of care.
