About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Bear Mountain of Sudbury | Sudbury, MA. LTC Therapy is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team at Bear Mountain of Sudbury. You'll help residents work toward greater independence with the tasks that shape their day, using treatment that reflects each person's needs and goals.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Assess residents' daily living skills and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on self-care, upper body function, and safe routines
- Introduce adaptive strategies or equipment when appropriate
- Document progress and collaborate with nursing and fellow clinicians
