About The Position

Liberty POST is seeking motivated, energetic Early Childhood/Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide services to children from birth to age 5 through Early Intervention programs. Positions are available in Dutchess County, Orange County (including Newburgh, Port Jervis, and Highland Falls), and Westchester County, New York. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Liberty POST provides evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play, with an emphasis on children’s natural learning environments, each family’s strengths and needs, and the diverse populations it serves. The organization has offered individualized services since 1994 and employs more than 500 professionals across a range of settings. Full-time employment is preferred, and part-time employment is available. Compensation is per service: Early Intervention rates are $54 for a 30-minute session, $67 for a 60-minute session, $145 for an evaluation, and $165 for a bilingual evaluation. CPSE rates are $42 for a 30-minute session, $65 for a 60-minute session, $145 for an evaluation, and $165 for a bilingual evaluation. Payment is biweekly, with direct deposit available. Requirements

Current New York State license and registration in Occupational Therapy.
Valid driver’s license.
At least one year of experience working with early childhood.
Current OT license and certification.
