About The Position

Burger Physical Therapy seeks a State Board Licensed Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Certified Hand Therapist to join the Hands Rehab team at its Davis Clinic. The position is part-time, with a 20–40-hour work week. The employer can be extremely flexible with hours, although afternoon hours work best. The clinic has an interdisciplinary team that currently includes three hand therapists. The role is suited to someone with hand therapy experience who is seeking hours toward obtaining a Hand Certification in California, or who already has a national certification. Pay is $48–$65 per hour, depending on experience and licensure.

Requirements

California Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist license, or Certified Hand Therapist certification.
Experience in hand therapy.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs.
Test and evaluate patients’ physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals.
Consult with the rehabilitation team to select activity programs and coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities.
