About The Position

Confluent Health is seeking an outpatient hand therapist to join its Performance Sports team at Providence St. John's in Santa Monica, California. The position may be filled by an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist and serves high-level athletes as well as typical outpatient orthopedic patients. The therapist provides direct patient care and supports rehabilitation activities, with an average caseload of approximately 7–10 patients per day and a commitment to true one-on-one care.

Requirements

• California license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required.
