About The Position
Creative Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to work at a skilled nursing facility with assisted living and memory care in Brooksville, Florida. Creative Health Solutions is an in-house, therapist-operated company that has provided therapy services at skilled nursing facilities since 2001. Its mission is to develop clinicians, provide cutting-edge rehabilitation in a caring environment, and support therapists' professional clinical decision-making. The role works closely with healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs that support patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment interventions to address goals in the plan of care.
- Work with healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals about treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
- Stay up to date with therapy techniques and methodologies.
