About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Float Occupational Therapist in Indiana. This role requires flexibility to float across three hospitals (Indianapolis, Anderson & Kokomo). Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

• Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
