About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide acute care rehabilitation services in partnership with Advent Health Hendersonville. The role focuses on expanding access to transformative care and helping patients regain their prior level of functioning or progress to their next level of care. The therapist will develop timely, individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital teams. The position offers experience with a diverse patient population, including neuro, trauma, and orthopedic cases.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to help each patient return to their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nursing staff.
