About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation and acute care services in partnership with AdventHealth Riverview. The role focuses on expanding access to quality care and helping patients regain their previous level of functioning or move to their next level of care. The therapist will work with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and orthopedics and collaborate with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital team members. PT Solutions offers mentoring, continuing education, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that helps each patient return to their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
