About The Position

Confluent Health is seeking a Lymphedema Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for an outpatient fitness center in Valencia, California. The role provides one-to-one patient care in a well-equipped facility with an average daily caseload described as approximately 7–10 patients, with a typical range of 8–12. The center includes private treatment rooms, a full gym, an indoor swimming pool, and indoor basketball, racquetball, and pickleball courts. The position supports high-quality patient care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. Therapists are encouraged to develop their skills and work toward a specialty through a structured learning pathway, mentorship, training, and career development opportunities. Compensation is $46–$58 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.

Requirements

Current California license as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist.
AHA BLS certification is required.
