We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Occupational Health and Safety - Coordinator to join our team reporting to the Special Advisor to the President & CEO.

Requirements

• Requires excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.

Responsibilities

• Help with updating hazard assessments, Health and Safety Binders and Records, etc.
• Ensuring eye waah stations have the proper eye wash materials
• Ensuring that hazards of the month posters are posted
• Ensuring that first aide kits have the proper contents as listed on the inside cover of the first aide kit
• Filing various documents into proper OHS Binders
