Occupancy Planning & Management Operations Manager – JLL What this job involves: Drive operational excellence across OPM services as an OPM Operations Manager with JLL. This role positions you at the center of OPM operations developing and maintaining data standards and governance, operations integration & tooling transformation, and occupancy cost allocations process. Your expertise in occupancy planning, data management, analytics delivery, process optimization and automations will directly impact strategic workplace decisions and organizational efficiency. You'll be a player coach leading others to provide essential operational support and governance for the Occupancy Planning and Management team with alignment and integration with broader business partners. Your contributions will support JLL's mission being the commercial real estate industry's premier brand, leveraging global insights, leading technology, sustainable practices and our inclusive culture for better client outcomes. What your day-to-day will look like: Data Standards: Review, refresh, and maintain data standards & definitions for space inventory databases including floor plans, space allocations, capacity metrics, and utilization data while ensuring standardized space measurement and classification methodologies provide consistent data quality aligned with global benchmarking Process Optimization & Tooling: Develop, document, and drive initiatives that leverage current and emerging digital capabilities to standardize data management, planning, and allocations business processes including assessment, position development, and project/programs to transform capabilities & operations Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other account service lines and corporate platform & community of practice resources to identify, solution, and implement integration improvements driving enterprise benefit Data Governance & Reliability: Develop and manage data governance programs including operational performance and data reliability metrics to achieve established standards for data representing the built environment, service level agreements, and compliance requirements Occupancy Expense Allocations: Support client Finance in the processing and delivery of monthly cost allocations and annual cost allocations budgets, allocations charge research, and adjustments
