Accountable for occupancy planning and space management analysis and coordination. To ensure efficient utilization and optimization of Horizon’s real estate portfolio, the role provides occupancy and space planning support and analysis to the enterprise on various levels, including conducting reviews, developing scenarios, tracking KPIs, and ensuring accurate database management. Collaborates closely with the Real Estate team on projects and engages cross-disciplinary partners to develop and implement initiatives and standards. The role is remote once training is fully completed. The new employee will work in our Newark Office several days weekly for the first several months. Suitable candidate should have familiarity with architectural drawings & space planning. Good technology skills are essential.
