About The Position

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Joliet, Illinois, to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community of women. The role includes a mix of obstetric and gynecologic care in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a collaborative team that includes midwives, nurses, and support staff. The schedule includes 25 patient-contact office hours per week and a half-day of surgery each week outside those hours. Call includes two restricted in-house shifts per month and unrestricted call at a 1:3 frequency: one weekday and every third weekend. Physicians average 7–12 deliveries per month, with clinic sessions of 20 patients. Robotics are available, and the EMR is Epic. Compensation is a base salary of $350,000–$425,000, plus a productivity bonus. Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Active or eligible for an Illinois medical license.
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
