About The Position

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician in Joliet, Illinois, to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community of women. The physician will deliver a mix of obstetric and gynecologic care in inpatient and outpatient settings and work collaboratively with midwives, nurses, and support staff in a supportive, community-focused environment. The schedule includes 25 patient-contact office hours per week and a half-day of surgery each week outside those office hours. Call responsibilities include two restricted in-house call shifts per month and unrestricted call at a 1:3 frequency, including one weekday and every third weekend. The average delivery volume is 7–12 per month per physician, and clinic volume is approximately 20 patients per session. Robotics are available, and the EMR is Epic. The annual compensation estimate is $350,000–$425,000, plus a productivity bonus. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Active or eligible for an Illinois medical license.
