About The Position

OakLeaf Clinics – OB/GYN is seeking a full-time physician to join its obstetrics and gynecology practice in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The practice is committed to comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based care for women at every stage of life and offers a supportive, collaborative environment focused on strong patient relationships and patient-centered care. The physician will work with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, midwives, and other medical support staff in inpatient and outpatient settings.

OakLeaf Clinics is a private practice physician-owned multispecialty group. Its physicians have autonomy to make care decisions and flexibility in how they practice. The role includes assigned call coverage, anticipated approximately every five days, with a long-term goal of establishing a hospital nocturnist program.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available. The role also offers potential private ownership in a local surgical hospital and a path to ownership in the private practice. Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an OBGYN residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in OBGYN.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage obstetrical care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Participate in call coverage as assigned, anticipated approximately every five days.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives.
