About The Position
We are seeking an OBGYN Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Langhorne, PA. This is an inpatient role covering a supplemental need with an ongoing coverage period starting September 01, 2026. The position is call-only, with a 12-hour call schedule, mostly overnights. The call type is inhouse/beeper with a 1:6 call ratio. Patient volume is to be determined. The practice has 4 physicians. The facility has lab and ultrasound onsite.
Requirements
- Active PA license
- BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
- BLS, ACLS
- Local candidate
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for Low & High Risk Pregnancy.
- Manage Labor & Delivery including Routine Delivery (Vaginal, Low forceps), Decision Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery (C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc), VBACs, and Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations.
- Perform GYN Procedures including Surgical Gynecology (Open), Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, LOA’s, Chromal Tubation, and Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) procedures such as Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, and Extensive LOA’s.
