About The Position
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our well-established program at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado—just south of Denver. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a collaborative, high-quality hospitalist program committed to delivering exceptional care to mothers and babies in a dynamic, supportive environment. The position is a fully inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist role with flexible scheduling, typically 12- and/or 24-hour shifts, based on program needs. It offers the opportunity to work in a high-quality, evidence-based care model with strong multidisciplinary collaboration across obstetrics, neonatology, and nursing teams.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified OBGYN
- Ability to obtain CO medical licensure
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 in-house coverage for labor & delivery
- Evaluate and manage patients in OB triage and admissions
- Manage labor and fetal monitoring
- Respond to OB/GYN emergencies and urgent care needs
- Perform delivery attendance and surgical assists, including cesarean sections
- Provide care for unassigned and high-risk patients
- Conduct OB/GYN consults in the ED and inpatient units
- Collaborate closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, Private OB/GYN physicians, and Advanced practice providers
- Participate in quality, safety, and patient care initiatives
