About The Position
The Obstetrical Tech assists with and after cesarean-section surgery, supports patients with activities of daily living, and uses and cares for special equipment in Labor and Delivery. The role also assists the RN/LPN in caring for antepartum, laboring, and delivered patients, and performs clerical and reception duties. All duties are carried out collaboratively with unit personnel under the direction and supervision of the RN.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or graduation from a Surgical Technology School.
Responsibilities
