About The Position

The OB Tech assists with the care and comfort of the mother, infant, and family. Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the OB Tech performs a variety of clinical and environmental tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• Ability to function in emergency situations.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• CNA or Medical Assistant strongly preferred.
• OB Technician or Surgical Assist Certification strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in Women’s Health, Obstetrics, Labor and Delivery, or the OR preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish abilities highly desirable.
