About The Position
Atlantic Health is seeking a part-time OB Hospitalist to join the Women’s Health Department at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. This role is part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of women's services. Morristown Medical Center is a 735-bed facility with a state-of-the-art labor and delivery unit and a maternity department featuring 54 private patient rooms, handling over 5,000 deliveries annually. The position offers an outstanding work-life balance with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to teach and mentor residents. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing OB and L&D patients, attending deliveries, and assisting with or performing surgical procedures. The role also involves close collaboration with the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine for high-risk pregnancies. Morristown, New Jersey, provides a desirable location with a historic downtown, top-rated schools, and convenient access to New York City.

Responsibilities
- Evaluation and emergency management of patients in the OB and L&D
- Attending deliveries
- Assisting and performing surgical procedures
- Work closely and in collaboration with the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the care of high-risk pregnancies
- Teach and mentor residents
