About The Position
Seeking a Board Certified OB Hospitalist to provide 24-hour in-house call coverage for Obstetrics and Gynecology emergencies. This role involves managing low and high-risk pregnancies, including routine and complicated deliveries, C-sections, multiple births, and emergency gynecological surgeries. The OB Hospitalist will also provide consultations for OB GYN emergency patients and collaborate with midwives and supporting staff such as CRNA, RT, and surgical assistants.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC)
- Licensed in MO or IMLC
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- ATLS certification
- Ability to manage low & high risk pregnancy
- Ability to perform FHR interpretation
- Ability to perform routine & complicated delivery
- Ability to perform surgical gynecology
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage for Obstetrics and Gynecology emergencies.
- Manage low and high risk pregnancies, including routine and complicated deliveries.
- Perform C-sections, multiple births, and emergency gynecological surgeries.
- Provide consultation for OB GYN emergency patients.
