About The Position

Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join their practice as an OB Hospitalist/Nocturnist. This is a collegial practice environment where teamwork, professionalism, and mutual respect are expected. The role involves providing support for both obstetrical patients and gynecologic patients needing emergency gynecologic care. The position also includes teaching medical students, PA, NP, and CNM students, as well as Family medicine and OBGYN residents. A full-time OB Hospitalist/Nocturnist works 161 12-hour shifts per year, with most shifts at night. The position offers flexibility for a straight night position (7 nights on, 7 days off) for 23 weeks per year, or a blend. The practice delivers approximately 1,400 babies per year and is located in Eau Claire, WI, a fast-growing community.

Requirements

• Board-Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Wisconsin Medical License

Responsibilities

• Provide support for obstetrical patients.
• Provide support for gynecologic patients needing emergency gynecologic care.
