About The Position

OB/GYN Physician – Dignity Health OB/GYN & Marian Regional Medical Center, Santa Maria, CA As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join the expanding women's health services team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health, providing high-quality care to our patients at Dignity Health OB/GYN and Marian Regional Medical Center in beautiful Santa Maria, California. You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within an established, robust ambulatory clinic system that boasts over 160 employed physicians, 50 locations across four counties, and 20 specialty services. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care within a modern, well-equipped Family Birth Center that features a Level III NICU, supported by a Leapfrog “A” rated hospital safety team, and collaborating with respected OB/GYN Physicians, residents, and Advanced Practice Providers. Enjoy a balanced practice with a structured hospital call schedule. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE OB/GYN physician with a commitment to productive, patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment known for its dedicated clinical resources, residency training programs, and a thriving Central Coast community.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
• Active or eligible license in the state of California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• BC/BE OB/GYN physician with a commitment to productive, patient-centered care
• Strong clinical skills
• Desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within an established, robust ambulatory clinic system.
• Deliver high-quality care within a modern, well-equipped Family Birth Center that features a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with respected OB/GYN Physicians, residents, and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Provide comprehensive well-woman care, routine health screenings, and specialized gynecology management.
• Work in a comfortable, modern environment at the Dignity Health Perinatal and Women's Center.

• Annual base salary of $320,000 - $350,000
• Productivity and quality bonus eligibility (total on-target earnings up to $430,000)
