About The Position
Unified Women’s Healthcare, an affiliated practice in Gainesville, Florida, is actively seeking a Full-Time OB/GYN to join their well-established, thriving team. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a minimum base salary of $300K with production bonus potential. The call schedule is 1:7, promoting a sustainable work-life balance. The practice has a longstanding presence with a loyal patient base and offers collaborative care with a supportive staff including Midwives, a Physician Assistant, and a Nurse Practitioner. Physicians will be involved with an active resident program and have a clear path toward partnership. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Current Unrestricted State Medical License
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
Responsibilities
- Provide OB/GYN medical services to patients.
- Participate in a 1:7 call schedule.
- Collaborate with Midwives, Physician Assistant, and Nurse Practitioner.
- Be actively involved with a resident program.
- Work towards partnership within the practice.
