About The Position

Dignity Health OB/GYN & Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, CA, is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join their expanding women's health services team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC). This role involves providing comprehensive, expert clinical care within an established ambulatory clinic system and a modern, well-equipped Family Birth Center. The position offers a balanced practice with a structured hospital call schedule and collaboration with respected OB/GYN Physicians, residents, and Advanced Practice Providers. The ideal candidate will be BC/BE with a commitment to patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment with dedicated clinical resources and residency training programs.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN.
• Active or eligible license in the state of California.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, expert clinical care to patients.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN Physicians, residents, and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Participate in a structured hospital call schedule.
• Deliver high-quality care within an ambulatory clinic system and Family Birth Center.
• Contribute to the expansion of women's health services.

• Annual base salary of $320,000 - $350,000.
