About The Position

Join an established team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs in an inpatient practice setting. This is an employed position within a nonprofit health system. We treat physician burnout as a systemic challenge, not an individual responsibility. By protecting your shift limits, offering flexible schedule structures, and providing robust administrative support, we ensure you can bring your best self to work and leave work behind when you step out. Manage complex labor, delivery, and postpartum cases across a high-volume unit, serving as the lead attending for high-risk obstetric conditions.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

• Manage complex labor, delivery, and postpartum cases across a high-volume unit, serving as the lead attending for high-risk obstetric conditions
