Oaks Ministry Assistant

High Point ChurchMadison, WI

About The Position

The Oaks Ministry Assistant plays a key support role in helping Oaks Ministry Collaborative function as a life-giving, organized, and responsive ministry. We are looking for someone who deeply resonates with the mission of Oaks—to equip the local church to be a rehabilitative and resilient community—and who embodies that mission through attention to detail and faithful follow-through with staff, volunteers, and participants. This person is both relational and administratively strong: someone who notices details, follows through with excellence, and loves creating structure that helps others thrive. They are energized by equipping others for ministry (Ephesians 4) and see administrative work not as secondary, but as essential to cultivating meaningful, Spirit-led care and connection.
