About The Position

Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship in Adult Primary Care is a 12-month paid program developed in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Set within Oak Street Health’s value-based care model, the fellowship helps new nurse practitioners build the skills, support, and clinical experience needed to care confidently for older adults. Fellows build their own patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and participate in didactic learning designed to build on their graduate education. Two cohorts begin each year, in September and March. Fellows commit to working at Oak Street Health for at least one year after completing the fellowship, for a minimum of two years of employment including the fellowship. The annual salary stated for the Florissant location is $100,000; the listed pay range for the job grade is $87,035–$187,460.
