NYHER Operations Coordinator
About The Position
The NYHER Operations Coordinator provides cross-functional support to the HRSN Services, Program Services, and Finance teams in the daily operational activities related to the New York Health Equity Reform (NYHER) program, also known as the 1115 Waiver. Reporting to the Director of Population Health, this position will help coordinate key activities to ensure the efficient and effective operations of Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services across departments, while interfacing and communicating with external stakeholders, such as representatives from the Social Care Networks (SCNs) and other organizations conducting work under the NYHER program. The NYHER Operations Coordinator will keep up to date on new requirements established by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the SCNs, and will assist in the dissemination and implementation of these requirements across the teams supporting the NYHER program at God’s Love
