About The Position

The Inspections Clerk identifies and flags garment defects while meeting production goals without compromising quality. The role requires a positive attitude, adaptability, strong communication, and effective use of scanning devices. The clerk makes customer-centric decisions and performs additional warehouse functions as needed, while following safety regulations and instructions from supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and be able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and flag garment defects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Meet production goals while upholding quality standards.
• Maintain or exceed quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Adapt to changing needs and approach tasks with a positive attitude.
• Use scanning devices efficiently.
• Make sound decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional warehouse functions as required.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Fulfill duties assigned by supervisors and/or managers.
