About The Position

The Nuuly Warehouse Associate performs warehouse tasks involving receiving, laundering, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. The role requires a motivated team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills, respect for others, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Associates follow work instructions and safety and compliance standards, meet productivity and quality expectations, and maintain an organized work area.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Able to operate department-specific technology, such as RF scanners, desktop computers, or touchscreens.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and be able to work overtime as required.
• Stand and walk throughout a shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as a pallet jack, box cutter, or carts, requiring coordinated movements.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or GED is preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort customer returns.
• Process returned laundry or dry cleaning.
• Prepare clothes for inspection, including repairs or spotting.
• Pick and put away laundered items for future orders.
• Pack clothing for customer orders.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
• Work respectfully in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by operational leadership.
