About The Position
Ball HealthCare is seeking a Multi Facility Registered Dietitian to join our team in our Birmingham, Alabama market. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of facility Dietary departments in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing, and as may be directed by the Administrators, to ensure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and the dietary departments are maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner. Requirements
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Must maintain the confidentiality of the residents, comfort and positive attitude in communicating with the elderly

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of facility Dietary departments in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing, and as may be directed by the Administrators, to ensure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and the dietary departments are maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
- Coordinate dietary services and activities with nursing services and other related departments in assisting in the developing of diet plans for residents.
