About The Position
Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist to join our client in a full time or part time permanent position. The opportunity is serving a new, modern medical clinic focusing on providing excellent, collaborative and technology-enabled care for patients with diabetes and prediabetes. This is a W-2 position with benefits and an excellent salary range dependent on experience, education and credentials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Technology Savvy
- Client Centered
Nice To Haves
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient interviews, evaluate nutritional status and educate patients with diabetes and prediabetes
- Participate in community outreach and collaborate with local healthcare professionals
- Deliver nutrition counseling both in individual and group settings
- Deliver diabetes education in-person, virtually and in community -based settings
- Maintain technical expertise in diabetes digital solutions, supported medical devices, electronic health records, scheduling tools and newer AI-enabled solutions.
