About The Position

The Nutritional Services Technician II prepares and serves patient, resident, and cafeteria meals while maintaining high standards of sanitation, safety, and confidentiality. The role includes operating food service equipment, handling patient orders, assembling meal trays, communicating dietary needs, maintaining records, and following food safety protocols. The technician also cooks and prepares meals, opens and closes the cafeteria, serves customers, manages vendor supplies, and provides excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including extensive standing, a full range of body motion, and some heavy lifting.
