About The Position

Country Manor is hiring a part-time Nutritional Assistant to support its kitchen team and help provide residents with nutritious meals. No experience is required; training will be provided. The position involves dishwashing, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, assisting with food preparation and daily food production, serving meals, and helping residents with dining needs. The schedule is approximately 27–45 hours per pay period. Weekday shifts are 9:00 AM–1:30 PM or until tasks are complete; weekend and holiday shifts are 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday. The position is based at Country Manor Campus in Sartell, Minnesota.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years old.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle various ingredients, including pork, chicken, beef, turkey, fruits, and vegetables.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to work as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and committed to accurate work.
Friendly and dependable, with an interest in working with older adults.
Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
