About The Position

Country Manor is hiring a part-time Nutritional Assistant to support its kitchen team. The role works approximately 27–45 hours per pay period. Weekday shifts are 9:00 AM–1:30 PM, or until tasks are complete; weekend and holiday shifts are 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Work is required every other weekend and every other holiday. No prior experience is needed, and training is provided. The position helps prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in a supportive healthcare environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle ingredients including pork, chicken, beef, turkey, fruits, and vegetables.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and committed to accurate work.
Friendly and dependable, and enjoys working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Keep kitchen areas clean and organized.
Assist with daily food production and preparation.
Serve meals and assist residents with their dining needs.
