About The Position
Join the University of Notre Dame Athletics Olympic Nutrition team to support the fueling and performance of student-athletes. Under the guidance of full-time registered dietitians, student and temporary workers contribute to daily fueling operations and gain hands-on experience in sports nutrition and performance support. The role is temporary and pays $15.00 per hour. The listed employment dates are November 2026–May 2026, with a possibility of extension depending on performance. Applications are accepted through November 6, 2026.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
- Comfort working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Strong interest in sports nutrition, health, athletics, and/or performance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience.
- Prior involvement in sports nutrition or athletics support.
Responsibilities
- Restock and staff four Olympic fuel stations on campus.
- Stock and rotate nutrition products using FIFO, and manage inventory.
- Accept and put away deliveries.
- Gather and deliver game-day provisions.
- Move nutrition products.
- Support dietitians with additional tasks as assigned.
