About The Position

The University of Notre Dame’s Olympic Nutrition team seeks temporary workers to support the fueling and performance of student-athletes. Under the guidance of full-time registered dietitians, workers contribute to daily fueling operations and gain hands-on experience in sports nutrition and performance support. The role supports four Olympic fuel stations on campus and includes stocking and inventory work, delivery handling, and game-day provisions. The position pays $15.00 per hour. Employment dates are listed as October 2026–May 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Applications are accepted through October 29, 2026.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Comfort working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Strong interest in sports nutrition, health, athletics, and/or performance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service experience.
• Prior involvement in sports nutrition or athletics support.

Responsibilities

• Restock and staff four Olympic fuel stations on campus.
• Stock and rotate nutrition products using FIFO, and manage product inventory.
• Accept and put away deliveries.
• Gather and deliver game-day provisions.
• Move nutrition products.
• Support dietitians with additional tasks as assigned.
