About The Position

The Nursing Support Tech II participates as a member of the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the technician performs delegated patient care and procedures, observes, reports, and records patient conditions, and assists the healthcare team with specific treatments and procedures in an acute care facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a CNA or GNA program.
• Current C.N.A. license on file with the state of Maryland.
• Healthcare Provider-level CPR.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated patient care and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Observe, report, and record patient conditions.
• Assist the healthcare team with specific treatments and procedures in an acute care facility.
