About The Position

Oneida Health is seeking a part-time RN Nursing Supervisor to provide administrative supervision at its hospital. The role plans, directs, and supervises patient care to ensure quality and compassionate treatment. The Nursing Supervisor oversees RNs, LPNs, and support nursing staff, fostering collaboration and demonstrating strong leadership. The position also serves as a point of contact for clinical, administrative, human resources, and operational issues and supports continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• New York RN license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to provide direction in challenging situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Professional judgment and decision-making skills regarding patient care.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement and quality patient care.
• Customer service orientation to maintain patient satisfaction.
• Ability to manage administrative and operational responsibilities and coordinate and supervise nursing staff.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an acute care facility.
