Weekend PM Nursing Supervisor
About The Position
Harbour Village is recruiting a hospitality-focused Nursing Supervisor to join its leadership team. The position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises care and services provided by Caregivers. Duties include administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, obtaining specimens as needed, and completing required documentation. The role also supports residents’ daily living and social needs, promotes independence, and works with staff and the Director of Health Services to maintain resident care and facility operations. The schedule is every other weekend from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Requirements
- LPN.
- Experience in nursing in senior living.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Compassionate and confident.

Responsibilities
- Document resident status according to policy.
- Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
- Schedule staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the admission of new residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and family and social activities, and promote residents’ independent lifestyles.
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes; develop and monitor care plans and reassess residents.
- Provide the Director of Health Services with daily reports concerning facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
- Delegate and supervise the care and services provided by Caregivers.
- Administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, obtain specimens as needed, and complete required documentation.
