About The Position

Harbour Village is seeking a hospitality-focused Nurse Manager to join its leadership team. The role provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises care and services provided by caregivers. Duties include administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, obtaining specimens as needed, and completing required documentation. The position is available part-time or full-time on the PM shift from 3–11, with every sixth weekend in the rotation.

Requirements

• LPN.
• Experience in nursing in senior living.
• Compassionate and confident.
• Strong supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Document resident status according to policy.
• Supervise assigned staff daily and provide direct nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Schedule staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Participate in admitting new residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and family and social activities, while promoting residents’ independent lifestyles.
• Identify changes in residents’ medical and behavioral conditions and develop, monitor, and reassess care plans.
• Provide the Director of Health Services with daily reports concerning facility conditions, staff performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
• Administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, obtain specimens as needed, and complete required documentation.
• Delegate and supervise care and services provided by caregivers.
