About The Position

The Nursing Supervisor assists in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations on all shifts. The role provides supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure the delivery of safe, quality patient care. The Nursing Supervisor also functions as an administrative resource for hospital operations in the absence of Administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Relevant general experience required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required, or a multistate compact RN license.
