About The Position

Temple Health is seeking an outstanding general neurologist to join Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia. The position is a faculty role within Temple’s growing Department of Neurology and neurosciences program, combining practice in a community hospital with access to Temple Health’s academic resources, infrastructure, referral network, and mission. The physician will join a large, collaborative team of specialists providing advanced, patient-centered neurologic care across the region. The role offers clinical variety and opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, academic engagement, and participation in clinical initiatives. Faculty may also contribute to education, quality improvement, and program development. Chestnut Hill Hospital offers a collegial neighborhood-hospital environment and close community connections, supported by the resources of a major academic health system. The hospital is in Philadelphia’s Chestnut Hill neighborhood, which features historic architecture, shops, restaurants, cafés, parks, and trails, with access to Center City and the surrounding suburbs.

Requirements

M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent.
Successful completion of a Neurology residency in an ACGME-accredited program before the start date.
Eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
