About The Position
NHC HealthCare Charleston is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor for the PM shift. The role is responsible for maintaining clinical competency through the application of nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication. The supervisor uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care, organizes workflow and prioritizes patient-care needs, and integrates current standards of practice and applicable local, state, and federal regulations into nursing services. The role also applies continuous quality-improvement thinking and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- South Carolina RN nursing license.
