Nursing (RN) Supervisor - General Pediatrics
About The Position
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of service provision for the General Pediatrics clinical area. The role also assists with overall operations for the practice location and supervises 25 or more team members. This is a full-time outpatient position at the ECU Health General Pediatrics Clinic in Greenville, North Carolina, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position does not require nights, weekends, holidays, or call. The hourly pay range is $36.47 to $53.16; final compensation is determined at the offer stage.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina, temporary North Carolina licensure, or meeting requirements to hold RN licensure in a compact state.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting or related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- 4 or more years of experience.
- Ambulatory experience.
