What You'll Do and Who We Are Looking For Portland Community College (PCC) is accepting applications for a Standardized Participant for the Nursing Program. This is a Part-time, on-call position based on simulation scheduling needs (typically Monday - Friday). The Standardized Participant is a Casual position at PCC, with a $25/hour pay rate. Function/Duties of Position Under the supervision of the PCC Nursing Simulation Leads, the Standardized Participant (SP) supports the nursing program by portraying patients, family members, or other healthcare roles in simulated clinical encounters. SPs help create realistic, safe, and supportive environments that allow nursing students to practice clinical judgment, communication, and assessment skills in a formative, educational setting.
